Wynn Resorts Makes Strategic Hires to Investor Relations Team
Wynn Resorts has named Price Karr and Lauren Seiler Senior Vice Presidents (SVP) and Vice Presidents (VP) of its investor relations team.
In their new roles, Karr and Seiler will spearhead Wynn Resorts' comprehensive investor engagement strategies.
Karr will assume his new role alongside his existing responsibilities as SVP of Corporate Finance and Treasurer at the company. He joined Wynn Resorts in 2008 and has over 10 years of Wall Street experience, driving transactions for the company across global markets.
Before joining Wynn Resorts, Karr served as VP of Real Estate, Gaming, and Lodging Investment Banking at Goldman Sachs. His over 25-year career trajectory also includes senior roles at Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs, and Wynn Resorts, with a focus on US and Asian markets.
Seiler's appointment also leverages her extensive background in gaming industry development and investment strategies. Prior to her appointment, Seiler was the Founder and CEO of Global Gaming Advisors, a leading consulting firm. Before founding Global Gaming Advisors, she served as Head of Investor Relations & Development at Rush Street Interactive for 18 months.
I am pleased that Price is taking on this important additional responsibility, and we welcome Lauren to bolster our investor relations program. Price has consistently proven himself to be adept at communicating Wynn Resorts' strategy and compelling opportunities to our investor base. Lauren will be an excellent complement to Price, bringing deep industry knowledge, fresh perspectives, and a track record of enhancing relationships with the investment community through clear, consistent, and transparent communications.
In their new roles, Karr and Seiler will spearhead Wynn Resorts' comprehensive investor engagement strategies, driving long-term value creation through strategic communications, financial analysis, and stakeholder outreach.

Wynn’s Q4 Updates
Wynn Resorts's final quarter has been characterized by intriguing developments, presenting both hurdles and growth prospects.
In October, the casino and entertainment resort provider received the first gaming license in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
The license, issued by the General Commercial Gaming Regulatory Authority (GCGRA), enables Wynn Resorts to operate its Wynn Al Marjan Island Resort, which is currently under development in Ras Al Khaimah (RAK).
Recently, the operator has also been beset with legal challenges, including allegations of neglecting to investigate a player's funds and a compensation issue involving one of its former employees at Wynn Las Vegas.
