Organized by Clarion Gaming, the symposium represents a continuation of last year's successful launch and promises to gather more than 100 influential thought leaders from the gaming industry, hailing from 17 different countries, with a focus on both the land-based and digital gaming sectors.
We wanted to build on the success of last year's Symposium, which was hosted by Les Ambassadeurs Casino in Mayfair, London. Bringing together industry thought leaders in one place creates an ideal opportunity to listen to their insights about the sector, learn from their perspectives, and channel this intelligence back into the development teams responsible for ICE.
Additionally, it provides us with a platform to unveil our exciting plans for celebrating ICE 2024, which will mark the final edition of the show at ExCeL London, and to discuss the forthcoming chapter in the history of ICE with its relocation to Barcelona in 2025. I am confident that attendees will have numerous questions about what to expect from this relocation, and the senior team, led by Clarion Gaming's Managing Director Stuart Hunter, who oversaw the extensive six-month bid and evaluation process, will be on hand to provide in-depth insights into the opportunities presented by this move.

The 2023 Symposium attendees will be treated to a keynote speech titled 'Gambling the Investment Landscape,' delivered by Simon French, the Managing Director and Head of Growth Capital Solutions and Travel & Leisure at Panmure Gordon.
With a career spanning five years at Whitbread PLC and a transition into equity research, which included handling the IPOs of major gaming companies such as 888 and 32Red, Simon French is well-versed in the intricacies of the gambling sector. He later co-founded a boutique advisory business specializing in working with both public and private companies within this industry.
