Tabcorp Uses AI Tools from Mindway To Aid Responsible Gambling
LISTEN TO THIS ARTICLE:Tabcorp Holdings, Australia’s largest gaming operator, has announced it will start to use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology as a part of the company’s drive towards responsible gambling for its customers.
Tabcorp has entered an agreement with Mindway AI, an industry leader in AI, who will provide the software which is aimed at providing customer care for gamblers who place wagers on the Tabcorp platforms.
Senior management at Tabcorp has stated that they are increasing their responsible gaming program in line with the company’s growth in its digital platforms, which includes the recent release of the TAB app. They explained that there needs to be a balance between achieving rapid growth in the gaming market and creating an atmosphere that promotes responsible gambling.
Mindway AI uses a unique combination of neuroscience, artificial intelligence and expert assessments to identify potential problematic behaviour, Our technology and capability upgrades will allow us to more easily identify changes in customer behaviour and incept those customers before gambling becomes a problem.
Mindway has experience in the gaming industry and AI is a great tool for analyzing potentially hundreds of thousands of wagers on a betting operator’s platform, and then identifying if there may be a problem with the betting patterns of certain customers. Its customer care software is already located in 20 countries with more than 20 million customers.
