Roxor Gaming Announces Acquisition by Aristocrat
Roxor Gaming Limited, a UK based iGaming content supplier, has announced that it has reached an agreement to be acquired by Aristocrat Leisure Limited.
Roxor Gaming was founded in 2019 by Noel Hayden, the former Gamesys Chairman. It was initially the in-house studio of the Gamesys Group and over the last few years, it has been focused on developing a large portfolio of content, an RGS, a platform and a gaming ecosystem. The company’s products are currently live in New Jersey and there are plans for expansion across both the USA and the UK.
Aristocrat’s acquisition of Roxor Gaming will allow it to speed up its RMG strategy through its scalable technology.

The CEO of Online RMG at Aristocrat, Mitchell Bowen, added, “Roxor is a great fit for Aristocrat, and this acquisition is another step forward in Aristocrat’s strategy to scale in online RMG. We look forward to growing together with the talented Roxor team.”
Josh Morris, the General Manager at Roxor Gaming, also welcomed the deal. He explained that it has “has happened at the perfect time” as the company looks to expand and seek new partnerships in the US and UK. He added that “the combination of Roxor and Aristocrat brings a significant opportunity to build the most entertaining and widely adopted iGaming solution in the market”.
It is expected that the acquisition will be complete in the first quarter of next year assuming that it receives all regulatory approvals.
