Rootz Aims to Reactivate Players with Enteractive
Rootz, the iGaming operator, has hired the services of Enteractive, a specialist in player retention, to help it reactivate players from lapsed accounts in several markets, including Canada, Finland, and New Zealand.
The two began working together in Q4 of 2022, and they are focusing on the Caxino, Wheelz, and Wildz brands. Rootz is hoping that Enteractive’s personalized retention and reactivation services will help it optimize revenue generation from the churned segments of its player databases.
Entaractive makes use of native-speaking sales agents to engage with players via one-to-one outreach by phone. This personalized approach has been shown to work, and responsible gambling measures are included by default.
Having seen the benefits of Enteractive’s approach to reactivation and retention on behalf of operator partners, bringing their teams on board with Rootz to maximize our player NGRs is a no-brainer. Although we’re in the early stages of activity, I’m excited to see the uplift in player engagement as a result of Enteractive’s campaigns.
Andrew Foster, the Chief Business Officer at Enteractive, said that it is “great to be working” with a company “that sees the benefits of converting all player revenue opportunities”. He added, “With these three great brands, we’re sure that Enteractive will deliver an increase in Rootz number of active and depositing players.”
