A Step Towards Compliance Revamp

Robert's appointment is part of Resorts World's efforts to strengthen regulatory adherence and rebuild trust following a recent scandal that resulted in a substantial fine from state regulators. The Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB) has accused RWLV, along with certain affiliated individuals and entities, of allowing betting practices involving individuals tied to criminal organizations.

Apart from the $10.5 million settlement, RWLV was required to provide regular updates on its anti-money laundering efforts and notify the NGCB of future disciplinary actions.

On behalf of the entire leadership team, I am pleased to welcome Jennifer to Resorts World. Her deep expertise in gaming law and understanding of the casino regulatory environment makes her uniquely positioned to continue our efforts to build and sustain a robust, world-class compliance program.
