Rediscover a Classic with Gaming Realms’ New Slingo Cleopatra
Gaming Realms, the company behind the hugely popular Slingo games, has announced the release of Slingo Cleopatra, based upon one of the most popular slot machines of all time.
The game has been developed in partnership with IGT, and it brings together elements of the iconic slot with the Slingo concept. Taking place on a 5x5 grid, each spin reveals five numbers that can be used to mark off positions on the game board. If an entire line is marked off, then a ‘Slingo’ is awarded, and players advance up the prize ladder.
In Slingo Cleopatra, the prize ladder has been given a new accumulation mechanic that awards more spins for each step that players advance. This can result in guaranteed win spins and increase the number of bonus spins triggered.
Achieving three or more Slingos triggers the free spins round, which is based on the bonus round found in IGT’s original Cleopatra slot. It is played on a 5x3 reel set, and players will recognize symbols such as scarabs, the eye of Horus, and Pharaohs from the original slot as they attempt to form wins across 20 paylines.
