Pointsbet Set To Launch Its Online Casino in Pennsylvania

Pointsbet is to launch its online casino in Pennsylvania. The latest development is a result of the company receiving approval from the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB). PointsBet, originally founded in Australia, is a leading online casino and sportsbook operator with steady growth in North America. The operator has also struck sponsorship deals with multiple sports teams in a bid to boost brand awareness.

One of the requirements of the PGCB when granting the license is that Pointsbet must have a two-day soft launch of their online casino. Once the soft launch has been completed, Pointsbet is free to carry on and go live with the new online casino site.

Pointsbet already has an online gaming presence in the US states of Michigan, New Jersey, West Virginia, and the recent addition of the Ontario province in Canada. This move will mark Pointsbet’s fifth market within North America.
