With the approval, the company can now supply its portfolio of online gaming content to licensed operators in the Peruvian market. Players can expect to access hit titles like Solar Queen, Book of Gold and Lion of Gems.
Playson’s entry into Peru marks a significant milestone in its Latin American growth strategy. It builds on its initial foray into the market in June through a partnership with BoyleSports. In the same month, the supplier signed content deals with several European operators, including Premier Gaming in Sweden, Sportbet in Italy, and Luckia in Spain.
With Peru in the bag, Playson is now licensed in seven key markets worldwide, including Greece, Romania, Singapore and the United Kingdom.
Peru launched its fully regulated online gambling market in February, becoming the fourth country in Latin America to do so. Since then, the country’s regulator has granted licenses to several operators and gaming providers, including Betsson and 7777 Gaming.
As we seek to bring more engaging experiences to players in new markets, obtaining a licence in Peru is a significant strategic move. The market stands out as one of the most promising in the LatAm region and we look forward to establishing a prominent position in the country.
