Play’n Go Strengthens US Presence with Connecticut License
Play’n Go has secured an iGaming supplier license in Connecticut, allowing it to launch its portfolio of gaming content in the state.
This license is the fourth received by Play’n Go in the United States following its approval in New Jersey, Michigan, and West Virginia in the past few months. It is also licensed in the Canadian province of Ontario.
By gaining market access in Connecticut, the Swedish gaming developer can partner with approved operators and offer its industry-leading titles in the jurisdiction. Players in the Constitution State would be able to access Play’n Go games for fun and real money, including hit titles like Diamond Vortex, Rally 4 Riches, and the award-winning Book of Dead.
Gaining further market access to US iGaming States has been an important goal of the company so it’s fantastic to be able to add Connecticut to our US push. Online gaming operators in the US are increasingly looking at retention strategies to mitigate against costly acquisition – especially in expensive media markets like the New Jersey, New York, and Connecticut tri-state area. Being able to bring Play’n GO games to Connecticut – the best content in the industry for retention – will be music to the ears of operators and their players.
Play’n GO has mapped out plans to expand its brand in 2023, which includes growing its team in North America and releasing over 50 online slots across 25 regulated jurisdictions worldwide.
In January 2023, Play’n Go partnered with 32Red, to supply the operator with casino games in the UK market.
