Teaching Americans to Bet Responsibly
The “Have A Game Plan” campaign was launched by AGA in 2019 as part of its efforts to educate people on responsible gambling. The campaign has partnered with a number of leading gambling operators, sporting organizations, and media companies, allowing it to reach a wide audience.
It teaches basic techniques such as setting a budget, sticking to the budget, and making things social by interacting with other gamblers. It also urges players to ensure they are familiar with the odds and markets, and to only play at licensed sportsbooks and live casinos online.
