Novibet Increases Footprint in New Jersey, Ontario, and Mexico

Novibet, the established iGaming and online sportsbook provider, has outlined the company’s planned expansion into the North American states of New Jersey and Ontario, as well as Mexico.

In a 10-year agreement with Ceasars Entertainment, Novibet will operate an online sportsbook in New Jersey for this duration. Novibet hopes to launch this service, once the appropriate licenses have been granted, through its branded site novibet.com in the US states of New Jersey and Pennsylvania in 2023.

The company also gave an update on its efforts to enter the Ontario region in Canada, which opened up to regulated gaming in April of this year. Novibet has recently applied for a gaming license to operate in Ontario with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario. It expects to be in a position to enter the gaming market in the Canadian state in the fourth quarter of 2022.

In addition to its planned expansion in North America, Novibet has announced a deal with Big Bola Casinos that will give it access to the Mexico market. Big Bola operates 20 casinos throughout Mexico and through this partnership, Novibet will offer an online casino with the Novibet.mx brand, planned for Q4 this year.

Novibet is a European gaming operator and is looking forward to increasing its footprint in North America and Mexico. Analysts believe the overall betting revenues for these 2 regions will be a combined $3 billion by 2026.
