North Carolina Lottery Unveils Cash Pop Game
The North Carolina Education Lottery has launched its own version of a lottery game rapidly gaining attention across the US.
A player's Pop number must match the number drawn in the official Cash Pop drawing to win.

A player's Pop number must match the number drawn in the official Cash Pop drawing to win. To ensure a winning outcome, players can select multiple Pop numbers or all 15. Each POP can be played for a wager of $1, $2, $5, or $10.
Upon purchasing a ticket, a random prize between $5 and $2,500 is printed beneath each POP, guaranteeing a minimum payout of five times the play amount.
Cash Pop tickets are available for purchase at retail locations authorized to sell lottery tickets in the state.
While the overall odds of winning any prize in Cash Pop are 1 in 15, the odds of getting the highest payout are 1 in 15,000.

Cash Pop Continues National Rollout
With this development, North Carolina becomes the latest state to introduce Cash Pop to its lottery portfolio. Other jurisdictions, including Mississippi, Missouri, South Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia, Florida, Kentucky, New Jersey, Georgia, and most recently Maryland, offer their own versions of Cash Pop. For instance, in West Virginia, Kentucky, and New Jersey, the game is played as Quick Draw, with drawings every few minutes.
