Neccton and Rdentify Join Forces on Responsible Gambling
Neccton and Rdentify have announced a new working partnership that will see them collaborate on efforts to identify at-risk gamblers through the analysis of communications in live chat, email, and with chat bots.
Rdentify provides businesses with a solution designed to protect customer welfare. It uses machine learning models to identify players who are vulnerable and at risk of developing gambling addictions. Neccton has developed a responsible gambling module as part of its Mentor software, a player tracking tool that alerts operators and contacts players who are showing signs of problematic behavior.
For example, Neccton’s software alerts players if they suddenly start depositing far more frequently, and it helps players make better-informed decisions about their play. Also incorporated into the Mentor system are AML and Fraud modules, providing operators with further protection. Earlier this year, Mentor became the first software of its kind to receive certification from the Global Gambling Guidance Group.
Speaking about the collaboration Neccton’s Dr. Michael Auer said, “We can finally add NLP analysis to our real-time behavioral analytics. This leads to an even better understanding of player behavior and detection of problem gambling.”
We are delighted to announce the launch of a new partnership with Neccton, a leader in real-time data analytic Responsible Gambling and AML solutions. Neccton products will complement the state-of-the-art Rdentify suite, which identifies at-risk customers in real-time during email, Live chat, and Chatbot conversations. This is a key component of our strategy to assist businesses to identify at-risk customers before they come to harm.
Nige Roberts, Rdentify sales director, added, “I am very happy to be working with such esteemed people who take the welfare of players seriously. Neccton’s values align with our own philosophy here at Rdentify, so we anticipate great things from this partnership.”
