Luxury Four Seasons Residential Towers to Be Built in Henderson
Earlier this week, Tuesday, May 9, the Four Seasons announced that it will be developing new high-rise luxury homes in Henderson, Las Vegas, to be ready for 2026.
The development, known as Four Seasons Private Residences Las Vegas, will include 171 units and six standalone family villas on an 11-acre site. It will be located in Henderson’s MacDonald Highlands community.
A representative for Four Seasons said that the development would be “offering full-service, resort-style living and world-class amenities,” including “luxury high-rise residences with dramatic Strip views”. The development is set to also include a signature restaurant from Elizabeth Blau + Associates, as well as a gym, a spa, and access to the community’s country club.
Four Seasons have said that prices will start at $3 million with floor plans starting at 2,300 interior square feet and going up to 7,300 interior square feet.
Those who purchase a property will have access to several amenities, including private chef services, private wine cellars, resort-style pools and many more high-class features.
This new project in Las Vegas is the perfect addition to our standalone portfolio, catering to discerning homeowners in this important destination and with partners who share our vision for creating an unparalleled luxury lifestyle experience in the market.
