Kindred Group announces two-year extension of its Middlesbrough FC Partnership.
Kindred represents nine major gambling brands and includes Unibet and 32Red. Part of the deal sees the Unibet brand designated to appear on the front of shirts of the Middlesbrough FC team. The club also uses this partnership to support a range of community initiatives throughout the local area.
Additionally, Kindred says it will offer local supporters of Middlebrough the chance to enjoy unique experiences through competitions and fan giveaways.
Everyone at the club is absolutely delighted to extend our partnership with the Kindred Group for another three years. Most importantly, we’d like to thank them for continuing their vital support of the club’s Foundation – especially through the Team Talk mental health initiative. The health and well-being of our local community is very important to ourselves and Kindred. We are all looking forward to the opportunity to continue driving forward new initiatives that will benefit both our supporters and the people of Teesside.

Partnership Continues to Promote Foundation
Both parties are keen to promote the community and charitable work that the partnership focuses on as part of the longstanding agreement.
This initiative sees the Kindred brand Unibet continue to donate its front-of-shirt space to the MFC Foundation for this season and this is displayed on all Middlesbrough team shirts. The Unibet Responsible Gambling scheme called Zero% Mission will appear on the team shirt as the football club wants to promote a safer environment for gamblers.
Kindred’s relationship with Boro is one of football’s longest-running and impactful, so far as community outreach is concerned. That is why we were committed to extending the partnership for another three years. We recognise that we are in the privileged position to positively influence clubs and their communities – a responsibility we take seriously. That’s why the basis of this latest partnership will be to help showcase the MFC Foundation’s wide-ranging work, including the men’s mental health initiative Team Talk.
Earlier this year Kindred Group had its record fine reduced following an appeal by the gambling company.
