Join the Norse Gods in New Freya’s Wedding Slot from Play’n GO
Play’n GO is returning to the favorite theme of Norse mythology in its latest slot, Tales of Asgard Freya’s Wedding, and it brings siblings Thor, Loki, and Freya to the reels.
As is usual with Play’n GO slots, the game is built upon a detailed background story. Thrym, the mighty Ice King of Jotunheim, has stolen Mjölnir, and he will only return it in exchange for Freya’s hand in marriage. However, Freya does not agree, so it falls to Thor and Loki to find a way to retrieve the hammer. The plan is for Thor to disguise himself as Freya, enter the kingdom, retrieve the hammer, and then sneak back out.

While all of this is taking place, players will be to enjoy features such as a free spins round. In the bonus round, Thor appears on the fifth reel as a stacked wild, and with each spin, he takes a step to the left until he eventually drops off the reels. At the same time, each step he takes increases the payout multiplier.
The 5x4 slot also features a Here Comes Freya expanding wild. On any spin, an expanded wild symbol can appear and award an x2 multiplier if it helps to create a win.
Play’n GO has put a great deal of effort into the design of the slot, and the artwork has a comic style that complements the narrative. Furthermore, there are a number of enjoyable animations, such as Thrym walking across the screen throwing confetti, that help to bring the theme to life.
With any game that includes Thor and Loki there’s bound to be mischief afoot! In our previous titles there have been family feuds and battles to protect the throne, but in this game we wanted to unite the characters in a more intimate setting, giving players a new flavor of the dynamics in this somewhat bizarre family.
