Government Relations Experts Join the FanDuel Team
The FanDuel Group, the global online gaming company, has announced the appointment of James Hartmann and Louis Trombetta as Directors of Government Relations, as the operator seeks to strengthen its collaboration with regulators in the United States (US).

LISTEN TO THIS ARTICLE:James Hartmann joins the group with a wealth of experience in the legal industry and state government regulation. He started his career in Illinois as a prosecutor and later moved to take up the role of Chief Counsel to the Speaker of the House. There he worked on legislation to support the launch of regulated sports betting and online gaming in the state of Chicago.
Louis Trombetta has gained more than a decade of experience in the gambling industry and has served as a Director for the Florida Gaming Control Commission. He joins FanDuel as a specialist in state regulatory gaming frameworks and legislative procedures.
I'm thrilled to join FanDuel and transition from a regulatory role to working with an operator that is committed to building this industry in a sustainable manner, I look forward to contributing to their continued success and helping to shape the future of the industry.
FanDuel continues to demonstrate its support for responsible gambling and earlier this week launched its My Spending Tool to monitor players behavior and highlight if they are at risk from gambling-related harm.
