FansUnite to Acquire Grove's American Affiliate

Sports betting and iGaming technology supplier FansUnite Entertainment has announced a definite deal that will see it acquire the brands and businesses of American Affiliate - a gambling affiliate focused on creating gaming technologies for the industry.

FansUnite will pay $58.2m to complete its purchase of the gambling affiliate business. FansUnite takes this huge business step hoping that American Affiliate would help consolidate and strengthen its presence in the U.S. online betting market.

From its inception to date, the company has garnered over 150,000 new depositing customers for major US brands like DraftKings, WynnBet, Underdog Fantasy, and FanDuel. Its portfolio of affiliate brands includes top names like Betting Hero, BetPrep, and Props.com.
