Evoplay Set for International Growth Following ISO 27701 Certification
Evoplay, the iGaming developer, has been awarded an ISO Certificate 27701 for its privacy information management system and will now seek to expand its presence in regulated markets.
The certificate was awarded by Swiss Approval International after a thorough inspection of the privacy management systems, including its design, development, maintenance, technical support, and Evoplay’s other software solutions created for iGaming operators.
The license is a guarantee to players that personal data will be properly protected. It also demonstrates that Evoplay fulfills requirements set out in laws such as the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD), and California’s California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
Obtaining ISO 27701 certification is our latest layer of protection to ensure privacy and security within Evoplay and our interaction with other companies. As a top-level supplier, we want to showcase that we’ve protected every area of our business – from game development to contacting partners and employee work structures. The accreditation not only demonstrates our commitment to responsible data management and handling but also provides a competitive edge by assuring our partners that their privacy is of utmost importance to us.
