Entain to Launch Relax Gaming Titles in Spain
Relax Gaming, the casino game developer and aggregator, has reached a deal with operator group Entain to supply its proprietary content in the Spanish market.
The deal marks Relax Gaming’s Spanish debut, and it will see the developer supply three of Entain’s brands, bwin.es, partypoker.es, and partycasino.es, with thirty titles, including Temple Tumble 2 Dream Drop and Money Train 2.
Under the terms of the deal, further proprietary Relax titles will follow as regulatory approval is expected to be received from the DGOJ (Dirección General de Ordenación del Juego) in the near future. Furthermore, as many operators in Relax’s network are licensed in Spain, approval will pave the way for many more operator partnerships in the coming months.
Relax Gaming continues to realize its trajectory in regulated markets by adding the Spanish jurisdiction to its list of supported European jurisdictions. Spain is known for its heightened regulatory conditions, which differ from other similar markets, and with Relax Gaming’s expertise, technology and content, we were up to that challenge – with the goal of delivering the market’s most seamless experience available to licensed operators and their players. We don’t doubt this will result in an excellent start for operations and a steady growth in the Spanish landscape over time.
Relax Gaming’s CCO, Nadiya Attard, also welcomed the launch in Spain, saying that the market is home to a “wealth of untapped potential” that is “looking for top-quality games.”
Obdulio Bacarese, the Gaming Commercial Director at Entain, said that Relax Gaming’s titles will make a “huge splash” in the Spanish market. He added, “Given the massive impact these games have had in similar markets throughout Europe, we couldn’t think of a better partner than Relax as we both continue to expand and grow in Spain.”
