Electric Poker by DraftKings Now Available in New Jersey
iGaming and sports betting operator DraftKings has announced the launch of its peer-to-peer poker game, Electric Poker, in New Jersey.

DraftKings Electric Poker is a 3-handed No Limit Texas Hold’em game with prize pools that can reach up to 10,000x a player’s buy-in. The title draws inspiration from popular formats like Pokerstars’ "Spin & Gos" and WSOP's "Blast Poker." However, it introduces unique twists, such as prize multipliers, 2-minute blind levels, and an electric mode option.
Unlike digital poker platforms like WSOP.com and PokerStar, Electric Poker is not a standalone online poker client. Instead, DraftKings provides the peer-to-peer offering within its casino app.
DraftKings first debuted Electric Poker in Michigan in August last year. The launch was strategic as Michigan is one of the three states, along with Nevada and New Jersey, that allows shared player pools. In October, Pennsylvania became the second state to welcome the poker product.
