Danielle Calafato Appointed as Gaming Corps New CCO
Gaming Crops, the iGaming content supplier, has announced that it has appointed Danielle Calafato as its Chief Commercial Officer with the hope that the company will be able to speed up its growth and make the most of its recent successes.
Calafato has been with Gaming Corps since 2021, when she joined as Head of Commercial. In her new role, she will be planning for the company’s future growth while remaining hands on with its current projects.
The company has made its intentions clear by building a commercial hub in Malta. When complete, the hub will give Gaming Corp’s Malta staff an official workplace and it will give the company the tools it needs to secure its position as a tier one provider.
Gaming Corps announced a year-on-year net sales increase of 628% for Q4 2022. It has already partnered with more than 400 brands and has signed deals with a further 400.
It has been an absolute pleasure to be part of the Gaming Corps team, and I am honoured to be appointed as the Chief Commercial Officer. The company has achieved impressive feats in a relatively brief timeframe, and I am excited to be given the chance to build upon this success. We have big plans in the pipeline, and I am confident that with the talent and expertise of our team, we will achieve even greater heights.
As Calafato takes the role of CCO, Mats Lundin is moving within the company to become Director of Sales. He said that as Gaming Corps grows, he will be looking to “strengthen the company with feet on the ground in the markets that are allowing us to meet our ambitious goals at the optimal rate.”
Lundin explained that he will now be focusing on “new business” and said that he will be working “very closely” with Calafato as they both work to further Gaming Corps’ success.
