Bulletproof Unveils New Steel and Fire Slot with Yggdrasil
Yggdrasil and Bulletproof Games have jointly released a new slot, Tempered Steel, with a blacksmith theme and several bonus features.
The collaboration between Yggdrasil and Bulletproof Games comes with a 5x3 reel grid and 20 paylines. It features several symbols and characters that one would find in a blacksmith shop, including tools, a furnace, and the blacksmith itself. The game has the background of a fearsome shop where a blacksmith is at work pounding out wins for players brave enough to handle the heat of his shop.
The blacksmith is the Wild in this slot and gives a random modifier during the base game. At random points, his tools may hit up and fall into the barrel stirring up the heat and rewards.
The random modifier activates the slot’s bonus games, including Lock and Spin, Bonus Frenzy, or Forge Your Weapon.
Lock and Spin will lock in any stacked wilds and give a respin when triggered. You receive an extra spin if any reel remains unlocked.
The Bonus Frenzy feature increases the number of scatter symbols on the reels, giving you a higher chance of triggering the free spins. The scatter symbols are set on fire as they land on the reels.
In the Forge Your Weapon mode, you will have to smash through rock three times to reveal a weapon that appears stacked on the reels. Three or more bonus symbols landing on the reels will trigger the free spins mode, where five forges are lit upon entering the mode.
Each spin may activate one or more of these forges, adding a wild to the reel above. A corresponding number of wilds will be added to the reels for the duration of the feature, depending on how many scatters pass through the reels.
