Betfred USA Appoints Kresimir Spajic to the Role of CEO
LISTEN TO THIS ARTICLE:Betfred USA, part of the global bookmakers Betfred Group, has announced the appointment of Kresimir Spajic to the position of CEO.
Spajic joins the gaming operator with many years of experience working in the iGaming industry in both the retail and online arenas. Previously, the incoming CEO had senior leadership and consult-ing roles working for Great Canadian Entertainment, Apollo Global Management, Hard Rock International, and Rush Street Interactive.
Spajic has been tasked with leading the sportsbook operation and continued expansion in the regulated gambling states in North America.

Betfred Expansion in the US
Found by Fred and Peter Done more than five decades ago in the United Kingdom (UK), Betfred owns and operates more than 1,000 retail betting shops in the UK. It has grown into a global gam-ing and sports betting operator and has a major online presence.
Betfred USA was formed in 2019 when states in North America were allowed to legalize sports betting in each state.
Betfred has been increasing its footprint in North America and now has a presence in ten states that have regulated gambling, including the states of Colorado, Ohio, and Nevada.
