Bet99 in F2P Content Deal with Low6
Canada-based sports betting brand Bet99 has entered into a partnership with Low6 to develop new free-to-play content.
The agreement will see Bet99 leverage Low6’s gamification technology to offer free, sports-focused products like an NHL and NFL pick’em game.
With the content deal, the two brands aim to increase customer retention and engagement and offer an alternative to traditional sports betting for average players.
Free-to-play games are the perfect tool to educate Canadians about the newly regulated sports betting market. Within this F2P experience, fans engage and familiarise themselves with gaming selections and odds such as over/under, spreads, and others within a social peer-to-peer environment.
Bet99, owned and managed by BQC Consulting, is based in Zug, Switzerland. The operator is looking to expand into new territories, particularly the Ontario iGaming market. Having been approved by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO), it awaits a license from iGaming Ontario (iGO) to launch fully in the Canadian Province.
The new F2P content that will be produced from its partnership with Low6 is one of the offers the sportsbook operator plans to use to attract customers in the already saturated and highly competitive iGaming market.
This partnership will add depth to Bet99’s suite of engagement tools while continuing to drive and onboard new users at scale.
In May 2022, Kings Entertainment announced its plans to merge with the SVH Group (SVH), the owner of Bet99.com and Bet99.net. The deal is currently in the works as Kings Entertainment will meet with its investors on October 25 to seek approval for the acquisition.
