Aristocrat Moves Anne Tucker to the Role of Chief Legal Officer
Aristocrat Leisure Limited (Aristocrat), a global casino and games content provider, has announced Anne Tucker is to take over the position of Chief Legal Officer (CLO), replacing Ms Chris Hill who is retiring from the company.

LISTEN TO THIS ARTICLE:Tucker joined the company in 2021 and steps up to the role of CLO having been the Deputy Chief Legal Officer since joining Aristocrat. She has nearly twenty years of experience in the legal and governance sector and has held senior roles at prestigious companies including Corporate Travel Management, Tatts Group, and UNITAB Limited.
Chris Hill has stepped down from the role of CLO since joining in 2020, and the leadership team at Aristocrat has thanked Hill on behalf of the company for her contribution to the business during her service and said she has transformed the legal department at the business during her tenure.

Anne Tucker to Continue Growth
Tucker has been tasked with maintaining the growth the business has enjoyed in recent years. Her knowledge of the business and the results she has achieved working specializing in the Group’s legal accountability, sustainability, and Mergers and Acquisitions. Senior management at Aristocrat states they believe the transition will be seamless, and she can oversee the company’s current expansion within the gaming industry.
In her new role, she will report to Trevor Coker, the current CEO. Additionally, Tucker is to retain her extra role as the Company Secretary for the developer. However, she will be required to relocate from her base in Sydney, Australia, to the company’s offices in Las Vegas to perform her new role.
