Aristocrat Announce the Appointment of Matthew Primmer as New CPO
Aristocrat has announced that it has appointed Matthew Primmer as its new Chief Product Officer (CPO) and that he has become part of the company’s Executive Steering Committee.
More Than 20 Years of Experience
Primmer brings more than two decades of experience in the iGaming industry to the job, including close to ten years working with Aristocrat. His first major role was as Operations Manager for United Technology Services in 2005 and then, in 2008, he became Sales Executive at Shuffle Master. Between 2009 and 2014, Primmer was acting CEO of United Technology Services and Domestic Product Marketing Manager for Ainsworth Game Technology.
Following that, Primmer moved to Aristocrat in August 2014 as Senior Director of portfolio Planning & Strategy – Americas. Two years later, he was appointed VP of Marketing & Product Strategy – Americas. In the years since, Primmer has had a number of other roles at Aristocrat, most recently being appointed CPO, Land-based, in February 2020.
Primmer to Report Directly to Aristocrat CEO
During his time with Aristocrat, Primmer has been in charge of Design & Development (D&D) at a number of its largest operating businesses focusing on game content and hardware. In his new role, he will be reporting directly to the company’s CEO, Trevor Croker.
