Accel Entertainment Completes $164.2M Acquisition of Century Entertainment
Accel entertainment has completed the acquisition of Century Entertainment, the gaming distributor, for $164.2 Million.
Century Entertainment is a long-established gaming machine operator in the US states of Montana and Nevada. They have 8,300 gaming terminals and around 900 licensed locations in both States. These sites are placed in locations including bars, taverns, and convenience stores.
Another benefit of the acquisition for Accel is the manufacturing capabilities that Century Entertainment brings with the deal.
