A Brief Look at Slotegrator’s New Casino Platform
Slotegrator, the innovative online casino technology provider, has published an interview with its Managing Director Yana Khaidukova discussing the company’s new platform for casino operators.
The new platform not only offers improved functionality but it has a number of new features, such as key performance indicators and modules, including a casino builder, a business intelligence module, a separate KYC module, and more.
Khaidukova explained that the technologies in the microservice architecture of the new platform has made it possible to improve speed, security, and so on. The new platform also makes it easier to launch casinos and to integrate with more game providers, payment services, and mobile applications.
Khaidukova also explained how the platform will help operators improve their position within the iGaming market thanks to advanced analytics of factors such as GGR, unique players, marginal profit, active users, and so on. In fact, there are more than 10 modules built into the platform, ensuring that operators have all the tools they need.
However, while the new platform is already being used by a number of Slotegrator’s customers, Khaidukova did mention that the main difficulty for current operators is “the process of adaptation and transition from the initial platform to the new one.”
Finally, she spoke about how system updates will be released to all clients simultaneously and the challenges of finding a balance and not pursuing too many goals at once.
